The belt consists of two parts:

Base belt: high tensile strength, high abrasion resistant , good transverse stiffness and good lengthways flexibility.

Sidewall: high tensile strength, hot vulcanization with base belt, height up to 40-80mm, fabric reinforcement built in sidewall
